I'm Batman.

Perry has always had a love for good food, great service, and meticulous attention to detail. Growing up in Louisiana, he embodies the spirit of Southern hospitality, with his eagerness to make every guest feel welcome and special. 

A true Renaissance man, Perry is just as comfortable in the kitchen as he is in the workshop creating props and favors for a one-of-a-kind event. While he won't show up at dressed as Batman, he will appear just when you need him to deftly manage your party or event, all while remaining under the radar so you can look like the real hero. 

Gretchen Bourg

Growing up in Wisconsin, Gretchen experienced fine cuisine at an early age. Hot dishes, coffee and bars, TV dinners, and Friday night fish fry helped her refine her palette over the years and she now appreciates great foods from all over the world. An avid baker, Gretchen's homemade puddings, pies, and cookies will remind you of home, without all the bickering and guilt. (And her Norwegian potato lefse will put any Lutheran church lady to shame.) 

Gretchen's lifelong experience in the performing arts has given her the ability to juggle the many moving parts of an event while maintaining a gracious smile and zen-like composure. Nevertheless, she has a flair for the theatrical—just ask Perry—and loves to help him create a seamless and magical experience for guests at an event.
